A lost monster magazine was recently unearthed in Derby, Connecticut. Beneath a store in a strip mall dealing with a plumbing problem, an underground room was exposed. Inside this room 5 undamaged lost to time cartons containing 102 copies of FRIGHT MONSTERS magazine were revealed. A previously unheard of lost monster magazine was discovered. Previously a 150,000 square foot building occupied part of this location. This building housed a publishing company that not only printed its own publications but also distributed them. They would publish magazines, comic books as well as paperback books during their over 50 year existence. The publishing company closed their doors and the building was demolished over 20 years ago.
